SUNDAY FUNDAY SUMMER SPA STYLE! I had the most relaxing Sunday with one of my best blogger girlfriends @fitischic, she is all things fitness and fashion, and yes she is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Check out her insta and blog! We had the opportunity to enjoy an entire day at the Well & Being Spa at the Four Seasons Dallas. The Well & Being Spa partnered with the local beauty brand, FarmHouse Fresh to bring hydration and revitalized skin to everyone at the spa. A.k.a it's basically a summer scented promotion!! This spa is absolutely stunning, they have just about everything you could possibly need; steam room, sauna, hot tub, showers, facials, massages, hair salon, manicures and pedicures, and so much more. Today, I enjoyed 4 services that I've described in detail below.

Do you need to go to a spa to get relaxed and pampered? NO. But, it is a fun excuse to have some girl time and drink champagne. Whenever I want a spa day, I always try to look for good deals, spa days can be expensive and let's be honest we're not made of money. This is a great idea for mothers day, a bridal shower, birthday party, etc.
Peach Nectar Manicure and Pedicure (35-50 minutes)
This treatment will have you feeling just PEACHY!! You’ll bask in a steaming peach nectar milk infusion to provide deep hydration to the hands and feet. A peach and ginger sugar grain exfoliant help to reveal silky soft skin. Finally, a sweetly enchanting shea butter massage reminiscent of sipping southern sweet tea.
One of the hardest things about staying on track with our health goals is those dreaded CRAVINGS. Trust me, I'm just like ya'll, I have major cravings every once in a while, A.K.A everyday haha! Sometimes I'm craving chocolate, or sweets, or something salty. I have found so many amazing and yummy snacks over the years that help me when I want a little treat, but also keep me on track with my goals and not feeling dragged down or bloated. These snacks are all packaged, so they can be thrown in your car for emergency sweet tooth cravings, you can travel with them in your carry-on or suitcase, you can keep them in your pantry at home, or even your purse everyday!
